by our interest in Lean Manufacturing, improving ourselves
by sharing our experiences.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We conduct Lean events
monthly at members’ plants at which members demonstrate
Lean best practices; we benchmark each others’ processes;
we network with each other to reach better solutions in our
own plants.
